Refund policy
Since Rerack deals in thrifted/pre-owned, export-leftover, and custom-printed items, please read carefully:
Please Note: Since all Rerack pieces are thrifted/pre-loved, each item is unique — available in a single size, color, and condition only. No two pieces are identical, and once sold, that exact item will not be available again.
Thrifted, Vintage & Export Leftover Items: Sold as-is. Minor signs of wear, fading, or imperfections are part of the thrifted nature of the product and are not considered defects — condition is noted in the product description where applicable. These items are final sale — no returns or exchanges, unless the item received is significantly different from what was described/ordered.
Custom Denim & DTF-Printed Tees: Being made-to-order/custom-printed, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable except in case of a printing error or manufacturing defect on our part.
Cart Items Are Not Reserved: Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee it is held for you. Since many pieces are limited or one-of-a-kind, another customer may purchase it before you complete checkout.
Sold-Out Items: Most pieces are limited stock and may not be restocked once sold out.
Damaged/Wrong Item: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at thererackstore@gmail.com with photos/video, and we'll review and assist accordingly.
Size Issues: Please check the size and measurements on each product page before ordering, as sizing can vary item to item. We're not responsible for size selection errors on non-defective items.
