Rerack is an online-only store operating within Pakistan.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, via courier partners.

Shipping Charges: Displayed at checkout based on order value/location.

Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will make one delivery attempt. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate and reachable. If the attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to us and you will be contacted to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).

Order Tracking: A tracking number will be shared via email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Delays: Rerack is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
